Bought the loaner charger back and gave her the
charger. She will try it for few days and if it
will give any issue to her, we can change it as it
is under warranty till 2017.
Also, helped her with the wifi connection in her
phone.

I called her ans she said she is leaving for the
conference for a week and will be back next Monday
only. The charger we gave her is working fine so
she will take that for this week and come back
next week to pick up her charger.

the charger she had we don't have any machine that
goes with any of our mac. I remembered Shandell
has the same laptop so I tried on her, the charger
is working fine. Might be there is a problem with
her power cord in her office or her laptop charger
port might have issue. 
I gave Courtney a extra charger and Carmen has a
adapter that can connect to her mac with that
charger, Courtney tested it and gave it to her. So
the problem might be her power cord is the issue.

I have left her a VM and explained everything.
Her charger is on the Check Out box with sticky
notes ready to go. If the charger had problem, it
was under warranty so no worries.

She left the charger, it's at the check in box.
She said she will come back around 4:30 with the
adapter. She was in a hurry to go to a meeting so
she left. I put a note on the charger.

Recently ordered Mac charger is working on and 
off. There is also a burning sound when plugged 
in.
