Check with professor Jennifer regarding this
request. We realize that she never had print
credit to print from hood. She need to print from
krusty in their department which is allocated for
staff. All her students are able to print
successfully.

I was able to get hold of Jennifer and check the
issue with her printer network printer. I
uninstalled and re-installed the printer drivers
and I was able to print. We realize she need some
print credit to be able to print from hood.

An update:  I just tried printing from several
Macs inside ITC210 and cannot. That printers reads
as 'Paused' and I do not have admin. privileges to
resume it. I also heard from some students last
week that some stations work when the printer
"Hood-Lab-ITC210Color" is selected, while some do
not, but do work with "Hood-Lab-ITC210" (the
non-color name) selected. So the problem may be
bigger than just my own computer; It seems like
the whole network is acting wonky.

We really need this printer working reliably
tomorrow and beyond for students to be able to
make progress on projects.
