Delivered and set up with Rudy

Brought back monitor 20101487 and computer; 
updated inventory

Emailed him about backing up and a time for 
setting up the new equipment 

Rudy came and picked up the machine with his 
old data ( 20110105 ) and dropped off the 
loaner ( 20130222 ) 

John showed him how to back up his data, so 
I'll contact him in a few days once that is 
complete to set up the GFA.  

Set up and moved in AD

On hold now until Rudy verifies that local data 
from old machine is backed up.

I have W#20141141 CPU AND W#20140876 MONITOR out
on GFA rack assigned to replace this broken cpu
for Electrician's Office, I will have GFA setup
sheet done shortly

Also, it looks like the 20101447 computer is up 
for GFA anyway - I'll ask Tricia about this 
when she gets in today.  

20110105 is still in out box so he can have 
access to his data and programs while we 
determine how to best proceed.
