I removed the printer and added it back to the 
computer and was able to print.

Multiple users have tried printing to AA-AALC and
it says it is disconnected and the print jobs
never go through.  The printer says ready and
others are printing to it, just this one computer
won't allow print jobs to go through.

This is the AALC front desk computer
