Delivered the computers and set it up. 
One of the machine has office 2013 32-bit and the
other has office 2016 32-bit as the software Clio
was not working on one as it needs Access 32bit. 

Gave one extra monitor to student worker area
W#20101500, it has a older 2007 monitor which I PDR.

Updated the inventory.

DONE!!

Anytime except 1-2 today

After setting up the machine remove the office 13
which is 64bit and then install the 23-bit office,
which will run the Clio and if that doesn't work
office 2016 32bit also runs Clio.

Below is a screenshot of the Ariel workstation. 
The ILL workstation will be the same.  The Clio  
E-Delivery icon is a MySQL program...please see 
screen shot below.  Clio version 6.7.3 is 
software that I install.  

Please note: There were compatibility issues 
with the previous/current computers.  Which 
version of Windows will be installed?  I would 
like to double check with CLIO IT people...or 
better yet, maybe you could speak/email 
directly with Judd Knight, Clio software 
support to learn compatibility needs to ensure 
smooth transition to the new computers (copied 
on this email).

basics(MS Suite, browsers)? Do you have any availability for the 
delivery and setup of this new    machine
