I was able to get hold of Jennifer and help
resolve the problem with her sounds. It was some
configuration problem in the sounds
settings.Regulating that got the sound working.

She has two monitors, the new one is 20130933[Edit Inv]
which is not playing any audio. Everything looks
good but still it's not working. 
I took a speaker for her old monitor that can be
attached to the monitor. The sound is working on
the other monitor. 
Her new monitor is still under warranty so I will
give her a call and explain to her everything, we
can bring the monitor to the office and if it has
issue we can change it as it's still under warranty.

Hello,

I'm experiencing problems with the audio on my 
computer. My computer # is 20130853[Edit Inv], and my 
monitor # is 20130933[Edit Inv].

I'm not able to get any audio at all. Please 
let me know if there's something I can do, or 
if someone will need to come look at it.
