Phil came in and he said NS 114 is all good to go
but there are 6 computers in 115 that still need
the install. He can show you which ones.

Phil is in till noon today and tomorrow 9-noon or 1

I try to fix the license issue using the
information provided on T:\Adobe Elements
Titles\Adobe Premiere Elements Lic Fix.txt but i
still could not have it done.

I also try the following solution steps on the
this site
https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/error-213-19-licensing-acrobat.html
but i still have issues solving the problem.

Good morning All,

The Adobe Premiere Elements 9 program is running
fine on all of the computers in NS 114.  The Issue
at hand is that the program is not installed on
the six computers in NS 115:

It was on the unites but is not currently.  Can we
please get the programs reinstalled on these units.

Important Update to this Service Request
I have worked through the computers and believe I
have all of them recognizing Adobe Premiere
Elements 9. I have asked our ES 100 Lab Preparer
Beeb Singson (singsonb@wou.edu) to check each
computer to make sure Premiere Elements 9 is
functioning. If he finds issues with licensing he
will contact you about this service request. Until
then PLEASE KEEP THIS OPEN (The service request
number is 59568) and he or I will follow-up next
week (March 16-18) with UCS. thanksphilip

Great UCS team, I have tried to save a "New
Project" into Premiere Elements video editing
software and I get a message I do not have access
(license code). GS 203H Spring class has used this
software on these computers in NS 114 and NS 115
for the past two years. Historically we have
initial licensing issues at the beginning of term
and UCS has needed to assist with license code. I
have ~18 purchased licenses for Adobe Elements 9.
It would be best to have a technician come over
while I am available to assist.

 The room is available
NS 114 Tuesday and Thursday after 12 noon
            Monday, Wednesday and Friday (all day)
(except Wednesday March 9) and all of Finals week
NS 115 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (all day) and
M-F during Finals week and Spring Break week

PLEASE LET ME KNOW on which day you would like to
come so I can arrange to be here to assist.
