I was able to get hold of Professor Hughes and
help resolve his problem with micro soft word
freezing. I also helped him with his sounds issue
on his system.

Since he got the dual monitor, the sound will work
and sometimes it doesn't. He has tried restarting
and checking all the places the sound should be up
but sometimes it doesn't work.

He is around tomorrow 11-12 and 330-430 and if he
isn't there then Mylisa can let you in.
