He said that Word seemed to be working now.  He 
was able to open the same documents that were 
pausing without issue now.

His MS Word was jumping to 25% CPU and would make 
Word unresponsive.  We decided to try 
uninstalling and see if a fresh install would 
remove the issue.  He had a meeting and will 
check to see if the re-install helped resolve the 
issue once he is done.

Hi,

While working on a two-poage document, the
response time for a key stroke can take up to
15-20 seconds for MS Word to respond.  Have
rebooted several times.

Similar to problem I had with much larger NWCCU
accreditation document 10 days ago.  Have not had
any difficulties in past week until this morning.
