Hi Laurie,

I wanted to give you an update on your Surface 
tablet.  I have successfully restored it to 
factory settings, and it is ready to be set up 
with you.

We will need to create an account for you, and 
I'm also happy to walk you through the basics 
of what I know.  During Spring Break, I will be 
working every day from 8-12, or we can also 
wait for Spring term if you'd rather.  Please 
let me know what works best for you.

unable to join the domain and unable to update.  
It will need a local account.

She has a surface that she wants to be reimaged. 
She needs it back to factory setting and then
wants someone to give her a quick lesson on what
it has to offer and how to set things up.  She
won't even start using it till Spring term so
there is no rush on this.

She would like someone to make an appt for the
first week of spring term to bring it back and
show her how to use it.
