His setting was setup to .jpg for file to be
saved. JPG can't have dual page front and back as
he wants, that'a a PDF that can have front and
back and also multiple pages. Changed his setting
to be saved a pdf and it worked. I showed him what
was the issue and did test scan too.

DONE!

Hi LaRon,

I need some additional information regarding
service request #59604

Description: Not letting scan multiple page document

When would you be available for a tech to come by
and look into this issue you are having when
scanning.

Had previously set up scanner for PC but now 
using Mac. When he goes to scan a document it 
only lets him scan one page and then saves the 
rest as a file. Used to have the option of 
scanning more pages but now doesn't come up. He 
checked in settings and has the option marked 
but still not showing up when he actually 
scans.
