I sent professor Keven an email regarding this
service request. He responded saying since he
updated his web browser he's able to view his pdf
document just fine without saving. The problem is
now resolved.

Called today to ask for an update. Would like 
someone to help him or at least call sometime 
tomorrow as it is getting inconvenient to save 
every time he wants to view a pdf.

I am still trying to figure out a way to solve his
problem with opening pdf files without saving.

I was able to get hold of professor Keven and look
at the issue he's encountering with adobe file not
opening. The issue is when he received pdf email
from people he just need to view them. But he's
unable to view the document. The only way he can
view the document is saving to a location on the
machine. I tried installing Acrobat Reader DC and
other method but it didn't solve the problem. I
told him I will get back to him when I come up
with a solution.

Adobe Pro keeps saving documents that aren't
always showing up when you open the PDF file.  It
has been multiple documents that are doing this.

He is in his office now but anytime today.
