Gave her admin rights and mapped her I drive too

Looked at it did everything. 
Took out the hard drive and connected it to the
external USB. Did the target disk mode that too
doesn't work. Try imaging it. It's not reading the
Hard drive. 
Called apple and ordered hard drive for the machine.
The machine has 500GB original hard drive. It has
the same issue before and UCS send the laptop to
apple repair store so they upgraded it to 750GB.
Now they have only option for 500GB and if we need
750 GB it's gonna be a longer process so Asked
Megan and decided to get 500GB hard drive.

Computer started up with utilities page.  Ranjit
came to the front to try and fix but a loaner is
needed.
