I was able to get hold of Professor William.
Uninstalled and re-installed the printer driver
solve the problem.

Make sure he isn't on wifi and is hardwired, might
have to add the print credit channel in this portal.

Mac is not printing to other printers in NS.  He
would also like to know how many print credits he
has and how to check it on the portal.

NS217 is the room he wants to print to and his
office is across the hall.
