Run some malware scan, did the software updates.
It's better than before, her apps that she wants
to open are opening in a click as before. 
She had a lot of files on her desktop that needs
to be copied to H: drive. If she will have any
problem again, I have asked her to move everything
to the H: drive and we can reimage foe her. It's a
2012 iMac and has a 10.9.5 OS.

When she tries to open programs and get on the
internet, things are running really slow.  She has
tried restarting but things are still lagging.

She is around today till 4.
Kristin in the front called to report the problem
for her.
