Firefox print settings "Scale" was set to custom; 
set to shrink to fit instead, and was able to 
print successfully.  Also updated Firefox.

Printing issues have occurred. IS able to print
from his desktop, but when he opens up his email
and prints it comes up blank. Has tried restarting
his printer and that has not worked before.
