She said they have a new laptop for her to use 
the WOU# 20130386[Edit Inv]. She will be in office MA 211 
until 2:30 today for someone to pick it up. She 
would like to have SPSS downloaded. Make sure 
the operating system is up to date, and the 
files transferred over.
She will be in the office on Wednesday 12- 2:30 
for drop off.

The users computer has been making strange noises
and volume control does not work after spilling a
liquid near it. I said that a tech will bring her
a rental laptop and take the damaged one from her.
She needs a Windows computer with a software
called SPSS Statistical software and Microsoft office
