I was able to get hold of Pat. I re-installed SPSS
version 22 on her machine. We tested the software
upon returning her machine and the program works
just fine.

SPSS on her computer is not allowing her to use
certain functions. For example, frequency,
filtering, and selecting. She tried restarting,
didn't do anything. Tried to use it with other
files, and it was doing the same thing.  

It is slightly urgent, so she is dropping her
computer off in 20 minutes.
