I picked up the box and assigned a loaner with
WOU# 20090534[Edit Inv] to her. Also, i gave Shannon Haas
and Killip Scott admin access. The box needs to be
back up before imaging if need be.

UCS Helpdesk ---

I just got off the phone with Chelsea, our 
Calling Center Lead.  She described a potential 
virus attack on her work PC, WOU# 20090519[Edit Inv], in 
Room 218 of The Cottage.

She was looking for school books, no sketch 
risky sites, and was getting pop-ups and 
locked-out behavior from the PC.  She noted 
that both Chrome and Firefox browsers appear to 
have been deleted --- and that the PC failed 
multiple times to recognize her login and 
password.

I directed Chelsea to:
Turn the PC 'OFF'
Put a note on it to warn daytime user, Joleen 
Braasch
Suggested that Chelsea find alternate PC and 
reset her password through Account Lookup.
I am doing the following:
I am sending you this email requesting UCS 
Support.
Michael is on this email (He is both Chelsea 
and Joleen's supervisor)
I will check with Joleen to see that she has no 
critical files on C:-drive.
If Joleen is safe on H-Drive, then we ask that 
you re-image the whole PC.
NOTE:  I am off campus tomorrow, Friday, April 
1st.
            Emily or Cara can help you in 
Cottage tomorrow.
            If you get to the point of loading 
Auction Systems software (required by Joleen)
            DON'T WORRY --- Shannon can load 
that specific Univ Advancement software.
