close out this ticket, once the software has been
purchased through purchase
request(www.wou.edu/purchaserequest), then a new
ticket will be issued to get it installed on your
machine.

Dana came in and would like to download software 
Final Cut 10 to office computer. I emailed him 
asking for the wou# on the computer he would like 
to have the software downloaded to.
