macbook with the Thunderbolt replaced - 
according to the product repair summary sheet 
that was sent to us.

I have the spare laptop ready for you. So we can swap your macbook with the 
loaner machine - just till your machine is fixed by Apple Support. I have 
all the softwares you requested installed on the loaner.
Kindly, back-up your files to the H: drive. Also, let me know what time 
tomorrow we can come over and pick-up the macbook.

I do not know were you last put this Macbook. Also
did you end up backing it up?

The port for the thunderbolt is a little bit 
loose. I spoke with the Tricia regarding the 
warranty - which is still valid. I'll get him a 
loaner and back-up his data before swapping the 
macbook.

Noisy fan.
Computer came with both of the problems but has 
gotten worse. 

He will be leaving office today at 2 in RA 101.
