Renamed the Cache folder and started Bridge back 
up.  It recreated a new Cache folder and the 
error was gone. She tested the application and it 
was working as intended.

might try to manually clear cache

Go to this location : Users/[User 
name]/Library/Caches/Adobe/Bridge CS[version 
number]/Cache/ and move all the contents of that 
folder to trash and then empty trash.

After performing the latest security update 
2016-002 on April 2, Adobe Bridge no longer 
opens properly. (I don't know if the events are 
connected, however.)

Bridge is stuck on opening, a message pops up 
prompting me to purge the cache. I tried 
purging, but had to force quit the program 
after 10+ minutes. (Tried 3 different times now 
- after restarting my computer, and after 
shutting it down. (Computer #20130461)

Bridge is stuck showing the last folder I tried 
to access yesterday: /Volumes/share/Athletics-
PR/sports photos/NCAA Div 2/soccer/

Help?
