John cleared the print jobs and restarted the 
printer and fixed the issue.

He says this issue only occurs when he uses it 
and no one else runs into this problem.

The department printer is not working correctly 
again. It is doing the printer initializing loop. 
He printed off another configuration report 
located at my desk.

Changed the IP address on this machine which fixed
the issue.

The department printer not working correctly. 
It will say "initializing", then "warming up".

Tried to print a test page, the screen said 
formatting---
then it went right back to initializing. 

He printed a configuration report, located on 
my desk.

Located in westhouse 101. The room is open now 
and he will be back from 2-3.

Does not have WOU number.
