I went and saw Jen - the Create Cloud sign in 
was installed but none of the applications.  I 
have self service installing CC2015 on the 
machine now.  She will start the class with 
some slides but needs the applications for 
class this afternoon.

Amy:  Jennifer called saying that they are 
still 
having problems. There are missing applications 
like adobe creative cloud and photoshop. She is 
has a class from 9-11:45 that she needs the the 
applications for.

I spoke with Jen regarding this task. She informed
me that she later realized there was a class going
on during the time indicated in the request. The
class is available from 12pm today.

Strange things are happening with this 
computer, across many different applications... 
I have to restart it at least once every day 
that I teach.

Some of the many weird issues I've experienced:
Finder / in general ¿ cursor arrow 
flashes/blinks, doesn't work consistently to 
select / move / copy / etc. files
using Acrobat to show PDF slides ¿ the 'Full 
Screen' mode suddenly and repeatedly exits back 
to normal screen mode on its own, and using 
arrow keys [in full screen mode] to page 
through slides works sporadically if at all, 
clicking the arrow icon to forward page works 
only sporadically
using Firefox browser ¿ additional tab for a 
new window always loads blank, rather than 
showing new site/URL; cursor arrow 
flashes/blinks
I suspect this will require reinstalling system 
software since the problems extend beyond any 
one application.

I will be around (in office hours, ITC 206) 
much of Monday, and I teach in 210 Tuesday 9-
11:45am and 12:30-3:15pm.
