I have emailed her to let her know this is in. I
have put the new Adapter in the out box with the
invoice under it. She will need to sign this and
she can keep the bottom copy (It says copy on it).

we have rec'd her replacement power adapter and it
will be at Service Request desk with Invoice, you
will need to collect the loaner adapter(labeled
with W#20100667) from her.  Please close this SR
when we have swapped loaner with the new replacement.

So long story short. She took a random charger
that is not the one we have on record. For us to
get that fixed we need the original charger
because that is under warranty. She is going to
look for the Original charger and bring it to us
hopefully by tomorrow (Wednesday 4/20/2016). I
notified her she would have to buy her own new one
if she can not find the original charger and bring
us back the one we loaned her. Computer number
