The problem was something else. They said they
lost the data base. They used to have file maker
pro software and that was not there suddenly. It
was weird nobody has the admin rights to remove
it. I installed it back again.
But I still fell something weird going on with
that machine. I have asked Kimber to use the
machine and if she feels something wrong to call us.

Kimber called again and said computer won't 
connect to internet or database now.

Did hard reset and got it to start; lagged a 
long time on Starting Windows screen, but 
eventually loaded.  Monitor position was 
corrupted and domain relationship had trust 
issues.  Reset monitors and removed/re-added to 
domain.  User was able to log on successfully.

Kimber called saying that computer WOU# 20111043[Edit Inv] 
at their work station in ED 202 is stuck in start 
up repair. She is available anytime throughout the 
day.
