I open the said document and try to create a new
table which i was able to, i remoted to another
server to check if the issue is with the
Microsoft-Word but MSWord seems to be fine. I am
guessing the document is corrupt. 

If Paula could send us details about the document,
the last time she opened it before it get
corrupted and the document name. We could be able
to get her the document before it got corrupted.

Paula called saying that when she pulls up 
Microsoft word on her MAC WOU# 20120652[Edit Inv] a bunch of 
random symbols show up. She is available at 2:30 
today 4/22 and is in room 121 of HSS
