Amy Anderson	Apr 26, 2016 08:13 AM	**This is an email** Good morning, The Xerox color printer located in HSS 312/HSS 310 is printing extremely poor quality pages. I just recently changed out the maintenance kit and I am wondering if it came defective because I have cleaned it about 20 times and did the advanced light strips testing without results. WOU # 20120305 Also, the division will need a new maintenance kit for back-up since the one I used was the last. (S1-109R00784) Please let me know if I can answer any questions. Thanks!
