The printer in our front office, Academic Advising
and Learning Center, APSC 401 is having issues
again. Printer number is WOU 20090481[Edit Inv]. I printed
an envelope yesterday and since that time,
whenever anyone prints to that printer, we get an
error message that says "load Tray 2 with
Letter.....Env". It then takes up to 2 minutes for
the print order to print or you can manually press
the "cancel" button and the print order will
print. This happens every time anyone prints an
envelope in that printer and every time we have to
have someone from the USC come over and reset this
printers "brain" to clear that error message out.
If someone could come over and show me how to
clear that error, I would be happy to do it when
this happens so we don't have to keep requesting a
tech to come and take care of it.
