Dyl Karbia	May 02, 2016 10:15 AM	I was able to get hold of Carla. With troubleshooting done on her excel file. I realize that the version of office on her machine was a lower version. A lower version of office cannot open a higher version. I told her we need to upgrade her office version to 2013. She said she need to consult her department head and we should check for feedback on Wednesday at 1:00pm.	Add Attachment
