Informed Jen that printer issue is fixed and
switch user we used to have it before but now we
remove it because of some issues and if there will
be any way we can do it, we will fix that issue.

Hello again -
Sorry this lab is such a problem! But here are 
some additional issues plaguing us today:

Printing issues ¿ lack of printing to the ITC 
Hood printer and/or Epson printers for the 
systems below:

20150033[Edit Inv]
20150027[Edit Inv]
The error is that the job won't print, the 
printer is paused, and the resume function 
requires admin sign-in. Sometimes there are 
previous unsuccessful jobs that have never been 
deleted, so when you fix the issue please take 
care not to allow all those print jobs to run 
and waste paper and ink! (if possible)

Also, one time-consuming issue (in the whole 
lab) is that people forget to log out and then 
the system has to be rebooted to log in again. 
In the past we had the 'switch user' function 
to avoid this and it would be great if we could 
get that again.
