I was able to get hold of the user. I upgrade the
software to the higher version and that solve the
problem.

Hello UCS, 

I called yesterday, May 5th, and spoke with 
Megan regarding the Camtasia video editing 
program that we use in the ODS office. We have 
been noticing for quite a while that when we 
begin one video on the front computer and try 
and open it on the other computer, it does not 
open, and vice versa. 

Megan mentioned that I should email the Service 
Request in order to see about getting the 
programs to be the same version.

ODS Side computer : 20120887[Edit Inv] (Camtasia 8.4)

Please let me know if there is any more 
information that I can provide.
