She is coming here at 1:45 today to pick up the
loaner. The loaner is at my desk.

She said her charger and screen was having issue.
Charger is working but the screen is broken. She
put a pen in middle of the laptop and closed it,
that was the reason it broke. 

I set up a Loaner for her she is coming in half an
hour to pick it up.  W#20100206[Edit Inv]

The laptop is under warranty till 2017. Called
apple and let them know it was a accidental 
damage but they said the apple care doesn't work
for accidental damage even if it under warranty.
The cost to change the screen is $774.95 which
covers the shipping and everything else.

Will talk to Kara and let the apple know if we are
going forward with it.
