Melinda also called in saying that a student 
was working on the same computer and the 
students H drive was not showing up, and they 
were having problems with a software called Arc 
Map. The student reported to Melinda that arc 
map was not working at all.

Hello,

The computer #20120142[Edit Inv] (second row, on the 
aisle) is missing Adobe Illustrator, which is 
supposed to be installed on all machines in the 
lab. We use it in my ES 340 class, so if it 
could get re-installed, that would be great! 
(this machine was previously being worked on, 
so I think it just got missed in the re-image?)
