Just waiting on him to pick up mouse - if he 
has any more issues, feel free to pass this 
back to me.  
He already has one working mouse, so this is 
low priority.

Keven called and let me know that he tried with 
his other mouse again and it has been working 
well, so he thinks it might have been the mouse 
after all.  He will continue to test and bring 
back the problem mouse to swap if his theory 
proves correct.

I wasn't able to replicate the issue while I 
was there, but I verified that mouse and 
trackpad settings were correct and that 
wireless mouse had batteries.
He said that the left and right click buttons 
sometimes switch and that this has happened 
with another wireless mouse he has tested with, 
as well as tried with new batteries.  (It's the 
macbook, not the mouse)

He will try to notice if the problem occurs at 
specific times or with specific programs and 
give us a call.

He also noted that he had had trouble logging 
in sometimes and a few other issues.  I talked 
to him about reimaging if problems persist or 
worsen.
