I installed a new wiper blade and cleaned the
printer out. I then replaced the ethernet cord and
power cord with new ones. We are going to see how
it does.

Chris called and asked for this printer to be
troubleshooted. This term it has had a lot of
issues with the print que backing up and printing.
He also said it has issues with connecting with
the printer as well.
