restarted the print spooler.

We use the printer for both single and double
sided printing. Normally this is easily
accomplished by adjusting the printer settings on
our computers when we send the job to the printer,
but that doesn't seem to be working. Are I doing
something wrong?

Interestingly, I just had a colleague send the
same job to Wolf and it printed correctly from her
computer, so apparently it's something to do with
me or my computer. I guess I need a tech please :)

Hi,

I have been trying to print documents from Word
and Excel to Wolf, one-sided and collated. Wolf
will only do double-sided and when there are
multiple copies it runs them all together into one
document, it doesn't separate them.

For instance, I have a 3 pg doc and it prints pg 1
of second copy on the back of page 3 instead of
starting a new copy.

I've tried changing the settings on my computer,
restarting both computer and printer, and it still
will only print double sided and run all copies
into one doc.

Interestingly, if I save the doc as a PDF from
either Word or Excel, then it will separate the
copies into separate docs but will still only
print double-sided.
