She is reporting that she is missing Acrobat Pro
which is now called Acrobat DC please show her how
to login with her Adobe ID and
download applications, I am not sure how John
originally did the install but she says she
doesn't have acrobat Pro and if he did the Full
WIN install he may have forgot to do the Acrobat
one as in has to be run seperately, but as a named
user she is able to log into the Adobe CC desktop
app and download new apps or different versions
herself since she is a named user. Please show
her this piece
