I was able to get hold of Ingrid and check the
problem with her wireless keyboard. I realized the
keyboard was faulty. In so doing I give her one
use wire keyboard and mouse.

Having the most issues when the computer is on the
docking station. She has the laptop off of the
docking station and turned off right now. She will
leave her door unlocked.

Wireless keyboard and mouse issue, doesn't seem to
stay connected. Needs some troubleshooting done.
