he did the updates by himself at home and i got
the loaner laptop from him yesterday

DONE!

updates were taking long time, gave him the laptop
and showed him how to finish the update.

Also the loaner is also with him

I will meet him Monday at 9am.

He was having problem with his print driver, when
he prints it used to send some unwanted pages and
continues to print blank pages non stop.

Megan asked me to re-image the laptop and I did
the imaging, joined it to domain, gave him admin
rights and Shina did the rest of the setup.

It's doing the updates now. I told him I will try
to finish by today if not Monday morning. Lets see
how long will the updates take.
