Outlet wasn't functioning; tried a different 
outlet and it powered on

He was gone for a conference and now his 
printer is not turning on.  Tried to restart it 
but nothing happens.  On his computer, the 
printer status is fine. Probably just needs to 
reset it with the on/off switch (like our 
printers) but he couldn't find it when I tried 
to tell him over the phone.
