Went with Tim and updated java, shockwave, and 
flash as well as windows and all browsers. 
Cleaned registry, checked hard drive for 
fragmentation, ran malwarebytes and another 
malware scan. 

Did not find a single issue with the computer 
but we started it and tested program opening 
times, IE was about 10 seconds and Word was 
about 7 seconds, so it's pretty quick for a 6 
year old PC. I'll send her an email to make 
sure the issue has been resolved for her.

I ran malware and Virus scans on the computer. Had
a few malware on it but after deleting and
updating the machine is still a slow. I am going
to re-image it after looking at what software they
have installed on the machine

Shandelle can you do this task? I have an SR at 10
as well and Dyl is leaving at 10 for an interview
today. I'm not sure if we need the user to be
around, sounds like we need to do some scans.
Maybe delete her user profile after that if she
still has issues, after making sure nothing is
saved locally.

Savannah Patterson is a student worker and she 
is located in Todd hall room 203.Her computer 
WOU# 20101265[Edit Inv] has been running slow. There has 
been pop-ups and her H-drive takes a long time 
to load. She was wondering if someone could 
come look at it. She is available today, 6/1, 
until 2 and tomorrow, 6/2 at 10. She does not 
have a phone at her desk but can reach her
