I went down and looked at this. A restart fixed
the issue. I was able to log in with my
credentials and UCS admin

This laptop is in ED 113 and used for meetings (locked to TV, no 
Ethernet cord).

When trying to log in, there is an error message that says that 
there are not enough resources to log on (even when using 
ucsadmin).  They have a loaner laptop now so that they could 
finish their meeting.  Meeting is over and room is open at 4.
