All 4 iMac has a lot and lot of users. Deleted all
the users. Left a VM telling her it's fixed and to
go and try log in one time. 

DONE!!

Removed and readded to domain and she still could 
not log on - shows attached error message

all-student email. Just need help with the 
second issue.

Hi,
First off, could you talk me through how to 
send an all-student email? I'm trying to get 
word out about an summer course offered in the 
art dept.
Is there someone who OKs those emails before 
they go out?

Second, I'm still not able to log into the 
computers in CH303 so that I can use the dept. 
scanners. It rejects my username or password 
whenever I try. Ruby did quite a bit of work on 
my behalf in there, but they still won't accept 
my password. (I tried logging in on the first 
computer on the right side of the room and the 
last one on the left) I got a new Mac laptop 
last week and have had a few problems logging 
in since then. Ruby fixed it so I can log in at 
home, but I haven't tried any of the other 
computer labs on campus, so I may have similar 
troubles with them.

Any help you can offer would be great.

Deleted her account from the other two

Deleted old profile from the two closest 
machines to the door, but people were using the 
other two machines, so I wasn't able to get on.  
Also had her reset her password on AD.  She 
will test with the computers I was able to 
reach and get back to us.  I'll hit the other 
two iMacs when they are free.

She wasn't an admin on the machine so that solved 
this problem but she is unable to log in to other 
macs in the lab next to her

Rebecca called saying that her files will not 
back up on her laptop. A pop up keeps showing 
up saying that administrative permission is 
required. She tried her own password and it did 
not work. She is available tomorrow, 6/2, after 
12.
