Kirsten Fauser	Jun 02, 2016 09:58 AM	**This is an email** Hello - We are experiencing some very strange and problematic printing issues with 'Kandinski' (20120612) and 'Picasso' (20091457). There are two separate issues that may or may not be related... 1.printing to either from any computer in the lab results in an error that reads "Stopped: Filter Failed". I have never in 20 yrs. of working with Epsons heard of any 'filter' involved. 2.printing to Kandinski, just before this error prevented it, resulted in all black graphics printing as gray ¿ not banding or ink level related, but printing a nice even tone of gray (roughly 60%) as the darkest value. I will be around (ITC206 or ITC210) all day. Thanks for your help! Jen	Add Attachment
