Hi Ranjit,

Thanks for your email. Sorry for not being able to
respond sooner.  I have been out of town and away
from email basically since graduation.  I have not
had a chance to download anything from my old
computer yet or even turn on the new laptop that I
received.  I will do the transfers this week now
that I am back in town and get the old laptop back
to you.

Delivered his new laptop to him; he is keeping 
the old laptop until he has submitted his 
grading, so I haven't updated inventory.  He 
will drop off the old one or call to have it 
picked up when he is ready.

Hi Ruby,
Thanks.  Wow, that was quick.  The new laptop 
will be replacing my old one.  This is an 
exceptionally busy week and I will not be able 
to even touch the idea of backing up and moving 
files until next week.

When I spoke with Tricia last year about the 
replacement process, she mentioned the 
possibility of having an overlap process where 
I could start using the new laptop and begin 
the process of moving content off of the old 
one.  Would that be a possibility?  If so, I 
would be able to schedule the deliver for 
sometime tomorrow or Thursday.  Otherwise, I 
will need to put it off until next week or so.

By the way, I have a research project that 
involves the video editing.  Would you be able 
to install the Movie Maker program on the new 
laptop for me?
