One of her PowerPoint files would not open (file is damaged 
error), but forced PowerPoint to quit and tried again with 
success.

She also mentioned that her computer is running very slowly and 
being fussy in general - I recommended upgrading her OS (as she 
was running 10.8).  I told her to back up the machine and we can 
upgrade to El Capitan since it's a new machine.

She will back up just in case, but try to upgrade via app store; 
don't reimage unless necessary.

She will be out on Friday, and would like someone to go get her 
MacBook, upgrade the OS, and return it to her office.  Get keys 
from Nancy Ganson or someone else.

Called saying that she computer is frozen and will 
not do anything, she tried restarting but it did 
not help.
