Went over with Tim and Ryp. We activated adobe 
flash plugin and allowed it to run, and installed 
the citrix launcher for gotomeeting and showed her 
how to open it from meeting links.

Linda has 2 problems.
1. She is having problems getting the program: 
Go To Meeting, to work. She needs it for an 
internet chat.

2. She is having problems viewing videos on her 
computer. She has updated to the newest Adobe 
and she is still unable to view the videos. 

She is in AD 107 and is available after 2 
today, 6/13.
