It was giving an error that it needs to be upgraded to latest version for it to work as to be work properly on all the machines that he will use keynote in. Right now he is has 10.9.5. I have asked him to save all the files and then call us so that we can image it to 10.11.1. Also it's not necessary. It will not give him any issue.	Add Attachment
