I am having another problem.  I can't access 
any of the files on my H drive.  They show up 
in the directory, but when I try to open them 
it says I don't have access, they have moved, 
or are in use.

These are the programs I need reloaded onto my 
computer:
Creative Suite 6
Acrobat Pro
Lightroom 5

I think the other things are apps & I can 
download them myself.

I checked with Julie but it appears she have a lot
to back up on her computer. and the files she is
trying to back is close to 420GB which left her
with 30GB on her computer.

I will check with her tomorrow to set up a loaner.

Shina, after your lunch can you please deliver the
loaner laptop to her. Make sure to hard wire her
in first. I also turned the wifi off on it so that
when you do hard wire her in it wont get confused
with wifi. So make sure to turn it back on. Then
go to her H drive and make sure that she has
everything in there that she backed up.

Bring her machine back here and re-image it with
10.11 after come to me to install special programs

She would like her Mac laptop to be upgraded to
the newest OSX for a Webinar program she uses. It
no longer runs on anything less then 10.9.
